I’ve lived here 8 years now and I’ve truly never had any major issues. Of all of the people who’ve worked in the leasing office during my tenancy, the current group is among some of the best I’ve interacted with. I just transferred to a new unit and Adenika was amazing in helping me get everything done. It’s an apartment complex in a heavily wooded area, so certain things really should just be expected (I.E. the occasional bug). I’m not here to negate anybody’s experience, but MINE has been... great. I’ll easily be here another several years - especially if Adenika, Jasmine, and the new ladies stick around. If there is an issue, the leasing team fixes it. If I have any concerns, they’re always very helpful. I love my new home and look forward to continuing to rent at this property. Lee mas

I requested to tour this property with a couple days notice via their direct website. Day of tour my fiancé waited outside the locked door with visible employees in the leasing office. No one approach him even though they saw him outside. Waited 10 minutes and nothing.

So don’t bother because they don’t even care to tour to people wanting to live there. When I called to complain it took their office over a MONTH to respond back to me. Don’t bother.

My sunroom window has been broken since May. I have submitted several maintenance requests. They keep closing out the requests but here we are in July and my window has still not been replaced. Do not move here if you want work orders completed in a timely manner. I reached out to their corporate office and code enforcement. Maybe now, they will complete my request.

Whole apartment buildings are HEAVILY infested with German cockroaches and fruit flies. They offer a pest control service and will lie to you about spraying your apartment. In fact, management will ignore maintenance request and catch an attitude when you try to follow up with them about it. There is so much mold, mildew, and wood rot that it is affecting our health. Management does not care. These apartments aren’t just poor quality, they are unsafe places to live.

I lived in this complex for 4 years. In that time, we went through 4 different owners of the building. The most recent was willing to charge the entire complex a late fee if you couldn't bring a cashiers check during their new business hours that they never posted or let anyone know about. On top of that, they overcharged the entire complex because they didn't get their accounts set up in time for water and waste.

Now for the area itself. Lots of broken bottles, trash, and debris all over the... complex. Trash piles up weekly and is a complete eyesore. The residents will steal your packages and the delivery people will have no issue bring them to the wrong place. The office will not help with this. My neighbors place was broken into one time and there was nothing that could be done.

There is a horrible bug problem like I've never seen. In the summer, it's gnats constantly. I did everything I could to get rid of them and nothing worked. In the winter, it's roaches. No matter how clean your place is and how well taken care of, you WILL have roaches.

To top it off, now they have the audacity to overcharge for the units to the current level. Stay FAR away from this location. You can get much better apartments in better areas nearby for much cheaper. Lee mas
