Augusta Commons Apartments

I like the community but I don’t like the outdated amenities after raising the rent. They need to have removed apartments unit. The property would be worth living if they upgrade every units.

It's a very nice place, very quiet I love the security the trees there are no problematic neighbors cozy place I'm happy to rent here with my family

We love Agusta Commons. The staff and maintence are great and communicate. The actual buildings really need tending to as the wood is rotting away but the safe neighborhood and mostly quiet and kind neighbors are worth the lack of total curb appeal. The pool is very nice and the gym is kept clean and has AC which is nice. It's been 5 years and there is no need to consider leaving anytime soon. Its rare you get great customer service and safe and quiet neighborhood in an apt complex. When you ask... they provide. When you put in a request, maintence is there within 24 hours if not sooner. Apts these days are so expensive and try to win you over with fancy buildings but have 0 customer service once you move in and the walls are way thinner than you think. Don't let the "old" look deter you. This place is great! Lee mas

If you want to live in a quiet community with excellent neighbors and a convenient location. This is the place for you! This has been my home for the last 4 years and I couldn’t be happier!

So far, my family and I have had a good experience living here.
We've had a few issues with water leaking from our ceiling, but maintenance took action quickly and fixed it. Now I'm just waiting for them to put a peephole in the door. It's a large, very quiet apartment complex, and the neighbors are friendly.
