From the time that we moved here, my time here has been nothing but great! Last year, I got a chance to participate in one of the activities; right before Christmas, when we were invited to watch home alone. I wish that I could participate with more; I liked that. We have never been in an apartment complex where they have a community involvement. And I liked that when Sam’s didn’t deliver my order to my address/door and they left it outside the front office; the front office put it inside for me… until my son call and claim it for me. Had it been anywhere else; someone would have came and took it.
I am very happy that we chose this complex to come and live in; I feel very safe and comfortable here and I don’t have to worry about anything.
Oh, and I don’t want to forget about the maintenance; from them coming to replace the light fixture in the kitchen and when the chain broke on the ceiling fan in my room, they came and fixed it. I am happy that we chose this complex to live here.

Happily been a resident here for 5 years and am happy to call Augusta Commons my home. My neighbors are amazing and the location is convenient to everything and has wonderful amenities. The leasing office staff and maintenance team are very attentive and responsive!! Overall, I am very happy here!!!

Great Place to Live!

I have now lived here for just over three years, and I have had a great experience. The staff and maintenance personnel are always there to resolve any issues you may have expeditiously. It has nice amenities and is in an ideal location in Marietta. I recommend Augusta Commons for anyone looking for a nice apartment complex in a great location.

I love it here. Wonderful gated community. Everyone seems very respectful and chill. I love that the trash is collected everyday; it's one less thing to worry about. Plenty of parkins space and garaged. The pool is perfect for kids. Great aesthetics throughout my home. I love the big patio look. This place gives "home." Makes you feel like you are living in an actual house.
