Gym too small, only one to two people can use at a time. Pool too small as well. Management is unprofessional in communicating to residents. They would blast an email to all to connote a message to one person who they are intending the message to. The place itself is very outdated inside and they would cover it with an exterior paint so it would seem new.

Apartment is great...maintenance has been very responsive. Common areas are well maintained. Place looks so much better with the new paint colors.

I have historically spoken highly of this complex, but recent experiences have been deeply frustrating due to a total lack of communication and maintenance oversight. A tree is actively destroying the paint on my car and several others. Despite bringing this to management’s attention, there has been zero action or communication. Black soot is blowing out of the vents when the heat is on. This was reported, but the concern was dismissed. The stove is non-functional again. Previous "repairs" were... temporary bandages that lasted only minutes. Extensive painting projects have disrupted the entire fall season, while essential maintenance requests are met with excuses or silence. It is disappointing to see such a decline in care. I am tired of cover-ups and a lack of accountability for issues that are causing physical damage to my property and affecting my health.

Augusta Commons is truly home!! I’ve been happily living here over 4 years and love the small community and the convenience to everything!! The new exterior remodel is absolutely beautifully and really brightens things up!! Maintenance and leasing office are always responsive to any issues. I’m overall very happy here and love my neighbors and this wonderful community!!

It has been a pleasure living here, since I had my stroke, I am able to walk around the complex with confidence that I am safe; it means a lot to me.
I like looking at the newly painted apartments and other structures; and the nicely well maintained landscape.
Everything has a fresh look for the holidays and even though I am not able to attend the occasional holiday small gatherings at the office; it is nice to know that I am welcome and appreciated.
So thank you to the office staff and crew... for all that you do to show us how much you love and appreciate us living here.
