Moving into my new apartment has been a great experience! The process was smooth, the community is welcoming, and I’m so excited to be living here. Everything has exceeded my expectations so far, and I’m really happy with my decision.

My move-in experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite selecting my preferred apartment units, the management ended up placing me in a unit I had explicitly rejected. This seemed intentional, as the units I actually wanted were suddenly unavailable. On top of that, there were billing errors right from the start, and I was back-charged for incorrect rent amounts, even receiving a late fee for their mistake. Additionally, the valet trash service that I’m charged for barely shows up, and... there’s no reimbursement for that. Communication is poor, emails go unanswered, and overall, the management is disorganized and unprofessional. I’m now eager to move out and find a more reliable place to live.

Yasmin was amazing from the tour to the approval and then the move in. She was professional and top of everything. Love living here so far. The process was so easy and not stressful at all.

We love it here and the scenery is really nice. People here are welcoming and I love it. Our dog didn’t like our last place, but he really likes it here and we can tell.
