Antastafae At Riverdale

I recently moved in here and I am very comfortable. The new owners are very considerate, and they are doing major rehabs with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. They told me they are planning to start the landscaping, playground and outside beautification soon.
It is very quiet here. No trouble.
It used to be Oakcrest, my friend lived here and hated things breaking down all the time. Hope new owners live up to their promise. They ask us to be patient.

I use to live here and it is a very simple complex, Marta bus line is directly in front, everything else is super simple

This is a very small community and rent is inexpensive. With that being said, it sucks. The complex is for sale and the land lord isn't repairing any units. Multiple units don't have central ac and many cosmetic issues on the interior. There is a common laundry room, but no one cleans the the equipment. My clothes end up smelling like cigarettes. The play ground is old and run down and has broken glass all around it. However, it's only a 10-15min walk from Marta bus stops.
