ROACH INFESTATION
Been living here for over 6 years and the German cockroach problem has gotten to the point where I contacted Roswell code enforcement to come out. The building has to be infested because no matter how much I clean, how much roach bait I put out, or how many times the exterminator comes out, roaches are crawling all over the apartment, coming out of the light sockets, and are extremely bad in the kitchen. Also, we asked to be put on the exterminator weekly spray indefinitely and we have to keep... mentioning to the office when the exterminator doesn't show up for a couple weeks. Old management and office staff were a lot better than the new owners who bought the property.
On a positive note, I love the location next to the park, dog park is great, and neighbors are quiet and friendly for the most part. Also, the maintenance guy Greg is phenomenal, but could use some help. Poor guy is running around like crazy and it takes him a minute to get to maintenance requests but he does a great job with limited resources and help.
