The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Downtown Savannah, just steps away from fantastic shopping, dining, and entertainment along the river. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed with a modern industrial style, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like a true sanctuary.

The community amenities are top-notch, making it easy to relax, socialize, and enjoy everything this vibrant neighborhood has to... offer. Whether it’s the fresh air or the peaceful environment, it’s always a reinvigorating experience to come home here.

Living at this apartment complex in Savannah, GA, near the downtown area and riverwalk, has been an incredible experience! The management team—Rebecca, Tiffany, Emma, and Hannah—go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. They're friendly, accommodating, and truly invested in building a strong sense of community through fun social events and thoughtful touches.

The location is perfect—close enough to enjoy all the amazing dining, entertainment, and nightlife options downtown, but just... far enough away to offer a peaceful and quiet atmosphere when you want to relax. It’s the best of both worlds!

The amenities are unbeatable. The pool area offers stunning views of Eastern Wharf and the river, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The gym is hands down the best apartment gym I’ve ever seen, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great workout.

The complex is also extremely pet-friendly—my dog is treated like a VIP every time we visit the office, always showered with treats and attention.

Overall, this is by far the best apartment I've ever lived in, thanks to the beautiful units, amazing amenities, and a management team that truly makes it feel like home. I can’t recommend it enough! Lee mas
