Pilot & Park

Pilot and Park has been a blessing to our living needs. We are close to work and have great accessibility to downtown and Tybee Island. P&P is a peaceful place to live with a great community atmosphere. Often times you will see residents walking their dogs, working out in the fitness center, working downstairs and enjoying a coffee.
It’s great relaxing by the pool and grilling while enjoying a game of bags as the ships pass by going to and from the port. It’s as though Pilot and Park was... placed in the perfect spot to experience all the great things Savannah has to offer.

Pilot and Park has been a perfect choice for my husband and me. The location is great and feels so safe. The apartment fits us perfectly, and the hallways usually smell so good (Weird, I know. But I appreciate a good smell... I need to know how to make my apartment smell like that.) We love that there's a co-working space with a few built-in office areas for meetings or when you really need to shut off the world and focus. We love taking walks by the river, and seeing all the dogs on our walk.

Pilot & Park is a friendly, lovely place to call home

Probably the single best location for safety, beauty, freeway access (both of them), walkability, and private exclusive parking. Amenities are wonderful and the openness from management to improve and maintain is such a breath of fresh air. Everyone is nice and I’ve never had a theft problem or anything noticeably inhospitable. In fact, I get things returned to me I didn’t even know I lost. Compared to other Greystar properties, Pilot and park living and interior feel is definitely the most... designer. I most enjoy that the parking is exclusive for residents and locked down with double safety features. The property is made very modern for ease of use, which is great for people who choose to live in a rental because you can’t be bothered with fixing constantly, and as someone who wants to feel like I’m at home even when I leave my front door, it still has personality, luxury, and warmth. Maintained well even after 1 year of opening. Only downside is the hodgepodge package room. But if everyone complains enough, they always fix whatever the issue is.
