Greystone Suwanee

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience at Greystone Townhomes has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I moved in, it was clear that this place is poorly managed and maintained.

First, the A/C didn't work properly, leaving my unit unbearably hot, especially during the summer months. Despite repeated complaints, management either ignored the issue or offered temporary fixes that didn’t last. Living without reliable air conditioning in such weather is absolutely miserable... .

As if that wasn’t bad enough, my unit has flooded multiple times with water coming through the recessed lighting with raw sewage backing up into the showers. The management's response? Slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. They did the bare minimum to address the flooding the first time we reported this issue but was informed that "a little water is normal and will dry eventually". My family constantly fears another flood from the horrible plumbing issues as we are unable to shower at the same time in different bathrooms.

On top of these major issues, maintenance is slow and unresponsive, and the management team seems more interested in collecting rent than ensuring a livable environment for tenants. It’s clear they don’t care about the well-being of their residents and hide behind their voicemail when they are aware that residents are calling for any updates. This management lack all courtesy, empathy and respect for their residents. Out of the 9 months of living here, our A/C has only worked properly 4 months.

Do yourself a favor and avoid Greystone Townhomes at all costs. The stress, frustration, and poor living conditions are not worth it. Lee mas

Greystone is a Beautiful community. Its very quiet and have really great neighbors. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in the Suwanee area.

Many A/C issues but appears to be working now.

There should be a unit for each floor. Does not ventilate evenly.

GA power bills are outrageous.

Had to have master bathroom shower retiled, major inconvenience.

Greystone has very beautiful town homes in an extremely quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home in the gwinnett area..

They did a great job on the actual units. I love everything about it. What they could’ve put more effort in is upscaling amenities for residents. A club room with lounge seating, a few office spaces to work from , printing station, free coffee bar and grocery pantry residents can by groceries from. A bigger pool & better pool furniture. A nicer fire pit area with seating. A dog park so residents aren’t taking their dog to poo in the grass area in front of people’s units. I think these amenities... should’ve been added as a perk since we pay HOA all this should be a given and included. This would’ve made living here better. Actual resident amenities that are upscale. It’s so much they could’ve done to take the property to the next level. A in door locker package center. The whole pool area should’ve been made with a clubhouse and made a longer pool with grilling stations. Builders only care about money. The residents experience outside the home wasn’t considered. But nice unit. Lee mas
