Riverstone Silver Apartments

Managment is the worst ive ever experience ed i lived there 2 years. Was lied to they do not care about the tenants. Horrible place to live. Ive moved and the best thing i could have done wish i had moved sooner. I recommend not to rent there. Maria the property manager is not honest

I've been here one year and really enjoy it.
I had a couple repairs and they were done quickly and efficiently
I've had no negative situations at all

I've had problems with professional service on this property before. Management has reduced service to 3 days and only three to four hours on those days. I went to give my letter of 30 day vacating notification. They wouldn't take my letter it had to be on their form. Filled the form in the office after banging on the door. Inside the so called professional was on the phone with someone. She had brought her small (2) children to wonder and use the TV for a babysitter with food in hand. The... Seniors will eventually pay to replace furniture, electric bill higher with another rent increase. When I got home a message was on my phone that she gave me the wrong form and I have to go back and fill out the right form.
Management refuses to believe they have a problem because you can't get a hold of one. I am talking about one that will resolve a problem in a professional manner.

Although when I moved into this apartment it was brand new, within 3 months the shower head fell off, the kitchen faucet sprayer fell out of the sink, the dishwasher and garbage disposal both stopped working and the oven never did work right. When I contacted management it was 6 weeks later before any of these issues were addressed. There is a very good reason why these apartments are cheap.
