This west facing apartment provides wonderful lighting during the day and brilliant sunlight during the early evening hours of spring and summer. The space is small almost dorm-like but the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable with ceiling fans. The kitchen area is small and countertop space is almost nonexistent. Your creativity will really be necessary if you are a cook. Cabinets are substantial and the flooring throughout is tile. So maintenance and upkeep are easy to accomplish.
