New Management Is Terrible

Bed bugs and roaches, constant water shutoffs, mailroom break-ins, irresponsible residents, ugly carpeting, unresponsive management. Pioneer Realty has turned this building into a zoo with their lack of care for the building and its residents. Do not move here.

Agreeing with previous review. I have sent many messages and made phone calls to the property requesting a tour of the available studios and getting no response.

Impossible to reach

Non-existent service I don't see how anyone managed to actually reach them, let alone rent from them. They literally don't respond.

Excellent building

I really enjoy living here. Building is quiet. The lobby is beautiful and people are very friendly. Management and maintenance team are top notch. Everything needed within walking distance and only a few blocks from the lake and promontory point.
