The Newport

One word, ROACHES. The infestation in this building is ridiculous. So bad that I had to break my lease after consistently advising my previous landlord of the problem with no resolution. Staff is amazing but the infestation was a real deal breaker for me.

This building is located across from the beautiful Lake front on Lake Shore Drive, beautiful views that overlook the downtown skyline and Lake Michigan are just gorgeous.
This building offers a large olympic pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. There is a 24-hour doorman and 24 maintenance 365 days of the year. There is a beautiful park next door to the buillding with a basketball court/and baseball court, this park also offers swings/slides for the children.Beautiful pathways to walk alongside the... lakefront. Bike riding, jogging and long walks at night are blissful. The Newport is nestled across the street from the LaQuinta hotel.

I stay in a cozy one bedroom on the north side of the building. The view is amazing! The employees in the building are very helpful and the tenants are really friendly. I have access to a pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and a Workout room. There is also dry cleaning in the building and a bike room. There is also lots of places to eat just a skip hop and jump away.oh and I love the feeling of getting up early in the morning just to watch the sunrise from my bedroom window.
