I wish I could give negative ratings to this
Worst of the worst management, they don’t know how to speak to the existing residents, also they pick on people to take revenge for any dispute you raise. They have world class service, if you need a service, you have to call them at least 3,4 times to get things done, that too they will do it after 15, 20 days at earliest
Very rude and disrespectful management, never every come to these apartments

Never place a place to RECOMMEND ???? (Disrespectful and inconsiderate staff)
Why would I want or recommend a place that have very disrespectful staff, most of your own don’t even last working there, very nasty and toxic place where the motive is to extort people. Their major priority and aim is money not the customers they’re providing for.
The below review from people aside myself are mostly negative , just to show how you treat your resident .
Never a place to recommend .

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM APARTMENT !1! The management are not friendly and always looking for way to rip you off your security deposit, and in any chance possible..
They don't have respect for people and are always aggressive, they cant even keep their own staff, almost in every 3 months they have a new customer service person .
Too many negative reviews from people who lived here .
Word of advise , Look else where and have your peace of mind.
Never a place to recommend.

Not great place to live but i am stuck for now
Am a current resident renting 980sqft 1 bedroom unit. Talking to management does not help.
I have these outstanding issues with them.
They failed to show me proof the carpet was installed less than 5 years ago, when i requested for new carpet on renewal.
I have been asking them to replace AC because it is not fit to cool a large area covering Living room and dining area. They just keep beating around bush.
Dragging their feet when it comes to redoing Kitchen paint. Let see what they end up... doing.
***So judge for yourself.

VERY BAD PLACE TO LIVE
I lived there for 2 years and its a very bad place to live. The units are very very old that even if a baby walks, you will hear squeaks all over. Pathetically highly priced units and for the price you pay, you can very well find a nice town home or house for rent. The manager Nadira is very rude and don't expect a friendly hospitality when you visit the office or talk to the management.
If you want your money worth spent and have some peace of mind, just don't move here. As simple as that.... Its a word of CAUTION. DO NOT RENT HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IN THE END. WORTHLESS PLACE TO LIVE
