Never expect any service

The management of this apartment, considering the price range and location, is the worst I have seen. They are always slow to respond, and no one in management seems to care about tenant satisfaction. For example, the fire alarm beeped for six consecutive days, and no one addressed it. there are often flies around due to unhygienic bins everywhere. Management is (very!) unfriendly

renter of studio

The apartment is lovely and the service is excellent. When a maintenance issue was recently reported, the manager took care of it immediately and kept me informed that everything was being taken care of. I can't say enough nice things about the management, the beautiful unit and the amenities.

Not worth it

Extremely noisy. You hear everything between apartments. Absolutely no insulation. I've had to call out work so much in this past year from lack of sleep due to the noise. Insane for the price you are paying for this apartment complex. Additionally, know that you will be paying significantly more than the listed price because you pay for all amenities, common area electricity, your electricity, trash, pest control, water, gas, parking, sewer, etc.
As for the outside, the fire pits dont work, the...
TV doesnt work, the pool is literally 3 feet deep at its deepest and can fit about 4 people comfortably.
You pay 200 a month for a heated garage but the heat is always broken.
The flooring in my unit is peeling off, there's water leaking through my windows, there's an insane fly problem in the summer, my doors don't close due to the apartment complex settling so much.
Specifically, my apartment 122 is next to a trash room so you hear the trash men moving bins all day. Don't be fooled by the pretty common area.

Yapping dogs everywhere

The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on with your neighbors and worst of all- their yapping dogs all day but mostly at night. It feels like I’m trying to fall asleep in a dog pound, management is not helpful. Very disappointed. You couldn’t pay me to live here. On the outside this place looks great, that’s about all they care about.

Would not recommend

There office staff are non responsive and worse unfriendly, especially after they have your deposit. It took weeks to get my lease completed, and of course you cannot schedule movers until have a lease. The walls are thin and the floors are thinner. You can hear everything. The common trash bins are over flowing, on the weekends it's Garbage Jenga. There is often dog droppings in the common areas. The garage door is broken almost monthly and left open until fixed, as is the side door,... sometimes for weeks. Leaving the building unsecure. They offer "Free Starbucks" but it's always gone, and tenants leave their mess when the coffee is out. Also, there is no guest parking. I realize that the Property Management has no control and it's the tenants, but seriously. It's nasty! I've only been here for a few months and wish I could move out early!!!
