We've been living here since may 2020 and every year we've been here there's been something wrong with the plumbing.

December 2021 we had water come into our basement apartment from the hole in the roof. Eventually the ceiling in our apartment fell through because of the water. They took 4months to fix it.

Last Easter the faucet in our bathroom was running and we had it off. They Sent out maintenence to fix it but it happened again last weekend.

Starting in August this year we've had plumbing... issues because of what they say is from the washing machines on the second floor. October 23 water filled the basement and some of the apartment. They said they would fix it but it november 2 and there's even more water than before. The landlord doesn't care and isnt in any hurry to fix it. My elderly neighbor had so much water in her apartment I had to vacuum 10 gallons out the other day. It's probably a lot more now and the bottom floor smells like a sewer.

We've had mold in both bathrooms since we moved in and most of the outlets don't work.

100/10 do not recommend living here.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Maintenance is close to non-existent, got locked in my bathroom multiple times for upwards of an hour, had to call 911. Been over a month & still haven’t received a new doorknob so I can’t even shut my bathroom door! Water damage in the ceiling, apartment never has been painted, cops are constantly in and out. When I went to the office to break my lease and finally had enough we had a paper written out of all our reasons. Instead of being offered any help we were... met with the lady in charge physically laughing in our face, undermining every complaint, accused us of lying, and then threatened us. Please, PLEASE, do not rent here. This has been the worst experience of my life and I genuinely fear my safety and privacy. Lee mas

The only thing nice about this place is the location. Hasn’t been updated ever, just new appliance, carpet and stick on tile here and there with layer upon layer of cheap paint. The maintenance is minimal, and it takes forever to get something replaced or fixed.
