I've lived here 2 years and am moving out in July. the walls are paper thin you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. they are poorly constructed, upon move in my balcony pillars looked like they are falling apart and the talking is extremely loose- I do not let my child play out there because of my concern for safety. management is terrible. the office ladies are rude and will not deal with most issues instead they will charge you for anything they can and if you try to dispute any... unreasonable charges they tell you to call corporate and deal with them, however the phone number they gave me had never gotten me through to anyone at the corporate office. maintenance is also terrible I've had one good maintenance guy ever. they fill up their voice mail so you can't leave messages on the after hours emergency number. several of my neighbors and myself have had constant issues with the dishwashers and garbage disposals. My former neighbors who moved out eventually had theirs removed after so many issues. and the crime in the area is high, I have been blocked from getting in or out of the complex by police cars several times. 1/10 Do Not Recommend. Do not rent from pinnacle properties!!!!!!!! The ladies are rude. The maintenance is terrible. They send recovering crack heads to fix things and they mess it up more. I’ve had no ac for 4 weeks it’s reached 97 in my apt and I can no longer live in there. They refuse to take off rent and told me to buy fans.
