It’s horrible
I waited over a week when my furnace was out for them to come so I’d have heat in my apartment. Now the washer and dryer unit they supply has broke down for the 10th time and I’ve waited over a week for them to come fix it. But they still haven’t. When you call their phone number they never answer and don’t have a voicemail.
