McCormick Is Not The Place

There is a high probability you will have a negative experience if you live at McCormick Place and encounter confrontations with the building owner. Maintenance delays are normal and sometimes not performed at all. There is no snow removal in winter.

The parking lot hasn't been paved since the place was built. But the owner will waste money to have it blackened periodically to look freshly paved but underneath there are numerous divots. Each unit has only one closet and no vanity in the... bathroom.

Any plumbing or air conditioning issues are not resolved immediately. Residents have to wait until it's convenient for the owner to have repairs completed. Shively Police are kept busy making numerous runs to this building for various reasons.
