The complex is managed by Trinity Management Company or at least that is the company receiving rents for the property. However they have refused for over 17 years to put in new laundry machines. The laundry machines have stollen money from people in that they will not properly work yet still take patrons money. There is not proper security, and the intercom system does not work properly.
