Carruth Apartments

The complex is managed by Trinity Management Company or at least that is the company receiving rents for the property. However they have refused for over 17 years to put in new laundry machines. The laundry machines have stollen money from people in that they will not properly work yet still take patrons money. There is not proper security, and the intercom system does not work properly. The summer of 24 The entire building went without cooling system that was included in the rental payments.... The cooling was ineffective and non existent for over two months in the sweltering heat. The outside of the windows of the apartments have never been washed since the building was built. When complaints are made about the property manager the complainants are never any changes made.
