The abundant natural light and the beautiful design make this such a peaceful place to live. I really love that I get to live so close to downtown Bethesda and DC while still being able to have a calm and quiet home environment.

This has been really lovely so far. Ms Irani was an amazing help for the process of becoming a resident and our new unit is a stunning upgrade from our previous DC apartment. The amenities and friendly staff set a new (very high) bar.

Everything has been super smooth so far! Got the full tour from mark and he was helpful in answering any questions. Ashely helped us with getting our keys and walking us through all the apps. She made it easy and straight forward. The property is quiet and very inviting. Plenty of parking in the garage as well. I can’t wait to start using more of the amenities! Everything is always clean and well kept!

I love living at the Astrid! I really enjoy the themed events hosted (for example the Mardi Gras event). I also really love the amount of space there is to study and work from home! I've had the opportunity to workout at the gym and I love that there is a water machine in there (very convenient)!
