Excellent place to live!
I had such a wonderful experience at The Astrid, and I genuinely feel compelled to share it.
From the very beginning, the leasing experience set the tone. Ashley Shaw, the leasing manager at the time, led my tour with such warmth and professionalism. She made both me and my friend laugh the entire time, which made the experience feel so comfortable and personal. She answered every single one of my questions thoroughly and patiently, never once making me feel like I was asking too much.
Since... moving in, the level of care has only continued. Assistant General Manager Jerahmiah O. McGowan has been an absolute delight. He’s been incredibly helpful and responsive, assisting me with a variety of questions and concerns with kindness and efficiency.
Maintenance here is truly a renter’s dream. I’ve had a few major issues come up, and each one was handled quickly and professionally:
* My shower panel had to be replaced due to a leak, and once the project started, it was completed in just 3 days.
* My toilet had scratches and was fully replaced within 24 hours.
* My oven wasn’t heating properly, and it was also replaced within 24 hours.
I’ve been beyond impressed with the speed, quality, and care shown by the entire team.
Overall, the staff here feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely family-like. The community is quiet, well-kept, and thoughtfully managed. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Astrid to anyone looking for a place to call home.
