The staff has been super helpful & responsive. The amenities, especially the resident lounge are awesome. A bit pricey for the size of some units but promos can make the difference -all depends on your priorities & goals. Would highly recommend for those for whom this fits.

Overall, I had an extremely pleasant experience moving here. I was so pleased about how clean the unit was when I moved in!!! My only suggestion is that it would be helpful to have a "day of move" checklist (I really liked using Updater. Also, Christian (the conceirge) is outstanding!!! She has been so helpful. Mark (leasing office) also did a great job. He was willing to work after hours to execute my lease. Keep up the great work!!

Just moved in but the entire experience was super smooth. Staff has been incredibly helpful! The unit was clean and ready for me to move in. Overall a great experience. Big shoutout to Farzana who has been a fantastic leasing agent and answered every single question I had.

It’s been lovely to live here. 5 stars for the staff!
Constructive Feedback- onsite parking is a expensive; access to amenities has become more restrictive, apparently due to misuse

We... also value your constructive feedback. We understand that parking costs are an important consideration, and we appreciate your perspective regarding onsite parking. Additionally, we recognize that recent changes to ground floor restroom access may feel more restrictive. Kindly note it is only inaccessible during non-office hours after 7pm. However, we have onsite concierge to assist if their is any need after such time. These measures were implemented in to help preserve the quality and enjoyment of these spaces for all residents.
