My first few weeks here have been awesome. The unit was very clean for move in day. Even with an unfortunate mishap on move in day, emergency maintenance showed up immediately so i’m confident in their service and ability to tend to residents as requested.

My resident experience is great. I wish the gates can start working again. I live the pool area and the cookout space. This is our second year and cant wait for the summer

Horrible customer service. Team does not genuinely want ro help residents with concerns.
Emergency service requests fo unanswered for several days.
Lack of communication from management with the exception of how to pay rent.
Signage/letters around the building are not uniformed and look tacky.

I’ve enjoyed living in this luxury apartment community. The key fob entry add a nice level of security. For me, the best part is the location—it’s tucked away enough to feel private while still being in the heart of a central area. Plus, the proximity to the subway station is perfect for my daily commute.
That said, no community is without its flaws. I’ve experienced some water leakage and building maintenance issues during my time here, which has been frustrating. However, overall, I do like... living here and would recommend it to others looking for a well-located and secure place to call home.

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Tribeca Camp Springs to far. Neighbors are great, property is great, management team is extremely responsive. Overall great place to live.
