I am happy and hopeful for the lawn sprinkler system to be reactivated. The lawn in front of my apartment needs replenishment. Aeration and seeding are not enough if there's no water.

The maintenance staff is wonderful, anything goes work , they react and fix things quickly.
The office personnel is pleasant, unfortunately they don’t follow through. They ignore Lease requested, it’s takes 3 or 4 calls before the issue is addressed. I’ve been a resident since 2015.
I’ve left several messages about resident smoking, the tenant is still smoking. At least they are pleasant. I hope they fix the communication and address issues quicker

The Courts of Devon is a fabulous place to live. The leasing staff is helpful and friendly. My apartment was spotless when I moved in, and the location can't be beat.
