Church Lane Townhomes

Two bedroom 1 1/2 Bàth very spacious, nice balcony overlooking an abundance of trees that desperately need to be cut. Nice pool that appears to always be manned with a life guard.I've been living hear since 2006 and maintenance is really bad, the up keep of the complex is getting better but still is not worth the rent thàt seems to go up every year. My refrigerator and stove are old and not particularly working well my cabinets are no longer closing all the way due to wear and tear and when... maintenance comes instead of replacing or fixing things properly they quick fix and heve to come back and do it again. Apartment Services does have other properties and I hear that maintenance is better at the other sites unfortunately the rent is much higher than I can afford to pay. Lee mas
