Only good thing about these apartments is the location. Rent has increased three times with no updates being done. Since switching management companies these apartments have went downhill! Dumpsters overflowing, no one is ever in the office if you have an issue, machine to load laundry card was relocated into another complex instead of the main office, nothing gets fixed, this past winter we had to shove snow ourselves due to maintenance not doing it. You can call and text, no one will reply... back to you. When my lease was up i moved without a second thought. No pool, no fitness center, no where for kids to play, and horrible management. I have been living here for over 5 years and I cant say enough how much myself and my neighbors appreciate the improvements the new owners have been doing around the property. I used to have to wait weeks for a problem to be fixed in my apartment and now the maintenance team is at my apartment fixing things in no time. Thank you again,

They are evicting the current residents so that they can put richer people in what we called home, i started paying 395 a month for my first year and 425 for the next 2 years,. I have seen flooded basement's, I have seen bedbugs which still exist here,I have seen mice, foundation cracks, you name it and when they said we would be safe here they won't renew lease agreements they will lie about everything here don't rent here
