NO HEAT
I moved in literally within the last 3 days and haven’t had heat since. It’s been below freezing weather too. They gave me a heat fan, not a space heater that has the metal coils and can heat space but a fan that produces heat only as far as standing in front of it. I don’t even want to live here anymore. On top of that, every time I call the office they don’t answer. I walk into the office and they are sitting there.
I paid a security deposit and rent just for me not to be able to stay there... because there is no heat. I don’t recommend you come to these apartments considering it’s literally winter and no heat. An apartment complex is only as good as its maintenance really.

The delay you’re facing is due to coordinating... repairs with a contractor, however they will be out to repair your furnace soon.
