If you have no manners or respect this is the place for you. You may find a few residence that are not bad but for the most part they don't care who rents here. If you live on the bottom floor be prepared to have an elephant stomp above you all day and night. If you are not somehow "in good" with the new management you will be evicted for sure. Always new rules that a few have to abide by not everyone. The only good thing about this complex is the maintenance crew. I would NEVER recommend... renting from here. I wish someone gave these reviews last year and I would've saved my time. Still will NEVER recommend. Lee mas

The only people who can tolerate this place have mental illness. Everyone else moves out. It is full of drama, bad smells, constantly changing rules, and managers who come and go. If you plan on getting a job and trying to succeed in life this isn't the place for you. If you make too much you will be evicted and homeless. If you like to live off the system and deal with rude people, this is the place for you. Lastly, Bed bugs come and go at this place. Rent here at your own risk. Don't... say you weren't warned.
