The staff and maintenance are great. All the workers are very kind here. Our family loves having the pool here with it being so hot this summer. We live in a great community there is so many things to do in this area. Renew Woodlake is a great place. It is beautiful in the summer with all the trees and the pond. We love watching all the ducks and geese. We even see deer here.

This is our third year renewing our lease here which speaks volumes as to how much we enjoy living in this community. The staff is always so helpful and the amenities such as the pool and gym are always clean and well-taken after.

I haven’t yet experienced the pool or gym because I’m still settling in, but it’s a very quiet and peaceful community so far :)
I think the one thing I don’t really enjoy is all the bugs that comes with living in a wooded area, but that’s nothing some bug spray can’t fix.

I don’t hear hardly any noise from other apartments, which is nice. I have a backyard that’s in the woods and I see deer and wildlife that I like.

The community is great so far, I like how private it is and that it backs up to trails. The pool keeps closing though which is why I gave 4 stars.
