Great place to live, we've been here for 9 years and really enjoy it. Maintenance is really great something breaks there out right away to fix it.

Great community, when my apartment was facing issues with the AC during the summer, the office and maintenance team worked really fast and were very helpful to have the issue fixed as soon as possible.

Like the area.
Rent goes up yearly, but no improvements.
Maintenance usually responds quickly if there is an emergency.
Staff has been courteous and helpful, when work hours maybe conflicting for addressing issues within the apartment.

I do like the space in the apartment and the maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner.
However, the carpeting and painting of the apartment could have been done better. Some spots are pretty shoddy work.

I Enjoy living here my dog likes it and we have grown to call it home I enjoy the trees and the wild life around the area. mail box is not to far from me either
