Just moved in. My neighbors are awesome!! They carried a package up to the 3rd floor and we didn't even ask. So glad we moved here.

Communication is lacking when maintenance is being done, that impacts other residents. Lately it has been regarding water being turned off without warning, and no notice when its back on. I do have mostly positive experience s.

The apartments are very comfortable and nicely laid out. Of course you always wish the kitchen was bigger and there was more storage but they are both adequate for our needs. The view we have is impeccable and soothing. Looking forward to living here.
