Not “renovated” We agreed to a pricehigher than listed on the internet, because we were told the unit would be freshly renovated. It just isn’t. The staff are clearly trying. I believe they are doing their best. But they have been in for quite a few follow up things. And there are still issues to resolve. We are pretty disappointed by the status of “remodel “. It would have been more acceptable for the team to hold the unit for another week or two to finish all the updates properly. But even... still we were left with dirty and broken appliances even. Everyone is short staffed. We’re pretty chapped about this though. The only reason we haven’t escalated this issue sooner is that the staff seem to be doing their best. And our property doesn’t have recycling collection.

To clarify, our units are not fully remodeled, though some have... received updates. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We sincerely appreciate your recognition of our staff’s efforts—they are committed to doing their best, even while navigating ordering challenges. We also understand your frustration about unresolved issues and the condition of some appliances, and we’re working to address those as quickly as possible.
Regarding recycling, we agree it’s an important amenity. We’re currently pursuing a recycling grant in partnership with the city, and we hope to have a program in place by the end of the year.
