Terrible management, and terrible housing. Heater in the main bedroom had exposed wires that would cross-ark, brought it up to management and nothing happened. Thieves live there along with loud drunk and drug users. Management takes about a month to reply back to you, even the caretakers on-site complain about the delay in response. Cannot stress how terrible management is there.

It might seem like a great place to live at first glance but after being here just over a year I can tell you it's not. Went an entire summer with out ac (would not fix it) then when summer was pretty much over they finally kinda got it to work. There is also sooo much mold in the walls it's not even funny. Sewage backed up in a unit and flooded it out, it took almost an entire week before they started the clean up (oh the smell!!)
Closer doors don't even open or close without using a crow... bar. I had to clean the entire place right when I moved in. Land lord at the time refused to paint the walls or clean them.
If a feed goes out during the winter and you loose heat, your screwed until someone from management decides to be around to bring you a new fuse. Could be hours or days. Wasps in your apartnent because the screen in the window is too small and there's a give outside the window... that's your problem too.
Over all location is great but the building and management are about as bad as it gets!! Lee mas
