Courtland Hall

I had mice come in through a hole under the kitchen counter, there was black mold on the ceiling in the closet, the fire alarm system has been beeping for the past two weeks for maintenance. Someone lets their dog pee in the elevator… almost daily. Tenants will leave passive aggressive notes in the lobby. Tenants will yell at you for bringing in items through the front entrance and not the back door without lifting a finger to help. I’ve been yelled at for taking non-handicapped, uncovered,... close parking spots when there were plenty of close spots available. If you want a clean, quiet apartment complex where your neighbors respect your privacy, I do not recommend this complex. Lee mas
