Apartment Leasing

II gave this rating because Ms. Elaine tends to become dismissive when asked multiple questions. This is my third time inquiring about the same townhome, and I keep being told that it’s not yet vacant. If the property isn’t ready to be viewed, it shouldn’t be listed as available.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

This place is infested with bugs. Maintenance never fixes anything. The staff is always rude & not helpful. They take advantage of young adults that don’t know any better & looking for a first apartment!

Great place to live

I have been here for 6 years now and it’s awesome. Leasing office staff and maintenance staff are great. Friendly and welcoming. They are on top of fixing anything that’s broken in a timely manner. Safe and quiet community. Great place for me and my children

Apartment

When I was first moving in to RiverChase in 2022, office staff was so friendly and all got moved it to a ground floor apartment but later I came to realize my livingroom carpet was so wet due to the walls leaking water from the outside on a haeavy rainy day. Took pictures addressed the issue to the office with a follow up of the photos said they would send someone which took like a week later for maintenance to come by but no fixing was done addressed the issue again nothing was done about it,... got tired about addressing the same issue and since then till now 2024 I have been living in the same environment hoping it just doesn’t rain.

I love my 12 years with River Chase Apts.

Hi! I have lived here for 12 years and enjoyed everything here
This is the best place to call your Home! It's so warm and feel with lots of love. The ladies in the office are very friendly and Professional they have a way of making feel Welcome! And they really care about you! And very concern about you! They want you to be happy! Anytime there is a problem they listen to you, always take the time make sure your problems are taken care of! The Property is always kept clean! Well kept up!... The Maintenance Team are very Professional and always respond on time! So if you are not making River Chase Apts. Home! You are missing out on a lot of Love! Please join us! You won't regret it!
