Best Choice

I moved here last year after selling my home for what I intended to be a temporary stay. After living here a year I am happy enough to sign another year. Office staff has been excellent and responsive. I’ve had two issues requiring maintenance that were fixed perfectly the next day. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is plenty of parking. They did a really good job with snow removal in both huge storms we had this year. Neighbors are friendly and respectful and the apartments... are super quiet. There are lots of choices in this area but I’m glad I picked Village Royale.

Beautiful!

These apartments have huge rooms! I love by big master bedroom. I love the extras in this community. The dog park, walking path, playground ... makes this feel like a community!

Amazing!

Village Royale is a great apartment complex! The amenities are excellent, I enjoy walking on the outdoor trail and using the SALT water pool! I also love the area, very close to pretty much anything shopping wise. Colby the manager is incredible, very helpful and caring! The staff is kind and easy to communicate with in general. I truly enjoy living here!

Best complex in South County!

I’ve been here 4-5 years and am still in love! Maintenance is quick to respond and super efficient. Colby the manager is super friendly and puts a lot of effort into making sure the complex stays nice, clean, and safe. Would highly recommend!!
