Village Green Apartments

(As of June 20, 2019) If I could give zero stars, I would. This place has to be the absolute worst apartment complex anywhere in the St. Louis Metro Area. The maintenance is sub-par and takes a minimum of three months to have done. I.E., one resident has been reauesting a new screen door since their old one broke...over a year ago. The current manager, who we will nickname LS for this review, is a complete disaster. Extremely rude, lazy, and is always seen outside smoking. LS is an extreme... micro-manager, will always twist a story to make it the victim's fault, and will lie...lie...and lie to your face and then some. Oh, did I mention that they lie? And a resident friend of mine says that LS has already issued numerous write-ups for complete lies. One, super sweet, honest, and trustworthy resident was issued a write-up for harassment of neighbors, when they never even involve with anyone. And two or three others were issued eviction notices for false accusations. What's a shame, though, is that this could be an absolutely wonderful place to live. It's in a safe area, parking is somewhat plentiful, and they're actually kind of decent looking. But unfortunately, it's run by may I say one of the worst management companies in the solar system. Not gonna mention names, though. The moral of the story is, don't move here, unless it is the LAST, emphasize "last," place on Earth to move to. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It is absolutely terrible. And I feel sorry for anyone who walks blindly into that door and grabs a lease application. Lee mas

I have had 2 family members who lived there, both now deceased. But, they loved living there and highly recommended it. That's where I hope to reside, when the time is right. They would both have told me it was 5-star, fitting all of their needs.
