Terrace at Olde Battleground

When I first moved here i thought that this would be the perfect place for me and my children because of the location. I didnt get to view my apartment until two days upon move in and the unit was not the most pleasant looking from the outside-in. Lots of major work needs to be done in the community starting with the overall appearance like the grass, paint the doors and buildings. As far as the inside i really could go down the list. no check list upon move-in, the staff is great, the manager... not so much; very unapproachable, not reachable, also she will hound you for rent and show up with alot of people at your door, she does not follow up with you in regards to maintenance issues. I believe this community could changed but I definitely think it starts with management. Hopefully in the future things will change and someone will be happy to call this place home. Lee mas

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and property management changed over about a year in. Overall I’ve had a good experience, it’s a decent complex and I’ve only have one issue with the new management that they resolved right away. My only complaint would be will the renovations and raised prices. We have the 2 bed 2 bath downstairs unit and the noise from upstairs is awful. The stairs to their apartment is behind our living room wall, I work from home and I can hear them all over the apartment... but that staircase is the worst. No amount of renovation to make it more aesthetically pleasing will fix that, so In my opinion you can get a newer place for the price somewhere else. If the apartments were still the price we signed for then absolutely, we lucked out finding it when we did. Rent is insanely high everywhere now. Lee mas

Been here for six months and love it. The week after moving in new management took over Mike was in office and he left then it seem he came back. He is a great manager it was a good call to bring him back the office staff is okay they follow up on repair

I haven't lived here because timing has't worked out for being approved, but I still am totally game for writing a review!
The office staff alone, by their light hearts and friendliness, inspired me to apply for a different unit than the one I was originally after.
I have no doubt that living here, and working directly with Ralaanny & Sheree' would be a regular joy.
Thank y'all for everything you do to help people feel like they're already home.

The apartment assistant manager Rallany is excellent. She helps you get whatever you need in a timely fashion. She care about the people that's in the community and she helped me out a lot. She is very involved with the concerns and issues you have. I recommend everyone to speak with her when moving into a new a apartment. I had no issues since I been there. It is very quite. It is in a nice area and have alot of restraunts to eat at. If you have any trouble speak with assistant manager Rallany... . I would give her a 10 star if I could with great customer service and communication getting back in touch with you. Thanks Rallany. Lee mas
