This property was purchased by a professional organization and have been investing in property and have improved the conditions significantly. The new property management company Thornburg Property Management is extremely professional and managing it very professionally. I am glad about the changes and the turnaround of the management

I had tried all over Hickory and could not find a safe place to live, but then I met the property manager at another property she managed. The time wasn't right then, but when it was, she helped me get my own place in another property. They fix anything, that breaks in a timely manner. I really like living here.

The management are very disrespectful and nasty towards the tentent. Every thing that comes out of the mouth are lies. When the tentent requests for repairs in the apartment if they do come out to do repairs they are never done professionally the repairs are patch up eventually they have to be redone over and over again. They apartments are very old inside and the electric are faulty. Be very careful because people have been found dead in their cars because people come out there and sit in their... cars and do drugs. The bugs are plenty for in the apartments. Don't trust the MANAGEMENT.

Poorly managed. These apartments are infested with all types of bugs. The manager is awful no respect for tenants. The only reason they got three stars is that so people, can see my review. They don’t deserve any stars.
