Disorganized and Unprofessional
I’ve been very interested in leasing at Solis, but my experience with the leasing team has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. It’s nearly impossible to get clear, accurate, or consistent information. There is no pricing sheet, no site map, and very limited access to view available units. I was emailed pricing for two units on a Tuesday, only to be told by Friday that the prices had increased by over $600.
The team seems unfamiliar with key details—such as where specific unit numbers are... located on the property, how many EV chargers will be available, or even where the storage units are. They don’t offer a clear breakdown of fees unless you ask, and they have no printed materials or brochures to share. On top of that, I was shown a unit during my first tour, and on a follow-up visit, I was told that unit didn’t exist.
Overall, the process has been disorganized and unprofessional. I strongly recommend proceeding with caution. If this is the level of communication and management before the community even opens, it raises serious concerns about how it will be run in the future.
