Solis Birkdale is amazing. I toured many apartments and they were by far the best in every category. It feels like luxury to live here. The staff is absolutely incredible. They are so kind whenever I see them and always quick with the help I need. They are such a joy to see and so helpful with everything. The maintenance guy is also incredible. I put in a request and within hours it was fixed. They made sure I was comfortable with everything and I appreciated that. They do a lot of parties and... events for us to all meet each other and they provide stuff for it. Overall it's such a nice place to live with the best staff ever. I would recommend to anyone!

Solis Birkdale is amazing!

Solis Birkdale has been amazing. The location couldn’t be better — you’re right in the middle of Birkdale Village, so there’s always something to do, great places to eat, and everything you need just a short walk away.

The apartments are super modern and stylish, with tons of natural light and a great layout. I love how everything feels clean and upscale without being over-the-top. The amenities are awesome too — the pool, gym, and lounge areas are some of the nicest I’ve seen.

The best part?... The staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and any issues I’ve had have been taken care of really quickly. You can tell they actually care about the people who live here.

If you’re thinking about moving here, do it — I’ve had nothing but a great experience!
