As a new resident, Ive had a great experience so far. The community is welcoming, the amenities are well- maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels comfortable and safe. The location is convenient, with plenty of shops and dining options nearby. I'm really happy with my decision to move here and look forward to settling in more .

Solis Birkdale has a staff that goes above and beyond for their residents. It is a beautiful location, it is a peaceful complex and we have not found one thing that we don’t like about it. The clubhouse is amazing. We do wish they had a dog park, but it was not a dealbreaker for us.

Solis boasts an incredible location, limited community size, gorgeous apartment homes and exceptional amenities.
Also, a terrific management team. Very important to me.
Solis Birkdale has a very unique, Uptown appeal, however, suburban, and so close to Lake Norman.
I also appreciate the security of our building and very secure, optional parking deck.
