Glenstal Apartments

so me and my wife have been to many many apts over the last 4 years. (Aproximatly 6 different complexes) and Arlington west is by far the best! I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath 750 sqft apt. So Maintenance is very quick to respond when needed! Kitchen is beautifully designed , polished cub boards, walk in closets (2) one in bed room and one in living room! Bath tub n shower are amazing!!! The bath tub is big enough for 2 adults trust me! Its oval shaped! Great for a romantic night with you and... lover. Back to kitchen... The island counter finished with granite shiny smooth counter tops make it easy to clean! The living room is spacious and so is my bedroom! Great for a you and significant other plus a small dog. We have a 6 lb yorkie so its plenty of room for her to play! Also theres only 4 doors on each floor ( 3 floors in each building) so good news is you can be as loud and annoying as you WANT CAUSE NO ONE CAN HEAR YOU!!! HAHA yea the walls n floors are sound proof i rarely hear anything . A matter of fact i didnt even know i had 2 neighbors untill i two days ago and i been here for over a year!! But seriously the place is nice.. There magnetic locks so no more adding a key to your collection of keys!!! Say goodbye to that key collection ! And washer and dryer hVe their own separate room! Its spacious too! Plenty of room for wife to get going on that laundry! The kitchen does include a nice over hang microwave above the stove and the refrigerator is nice to! And i wouldnt be satisfied with a dishwasher ... Works well too! I would know i do dishes everydayyyyy . The central a/c is fantastic because of the humid heat in nc i havent turned it off for 4 months straight and its kicking hard still 68 degrees! Yess thank god i can sleep!
But lets not forget about the doggy parks ! Yup fenced in doggy parks for your little escape artist to run around in and meet other pups! Theres a play ground for kids as well and an inground pool with music opened all year round but who swims in the mid of winter.. I do lol jk but the leasing office is great very friendly open 24/7 and has a very nice gym treadmills bowflex equipment and free weights dumbells bikes you name it open 24/7 plus a tanning bed! Interesting . Water and electric not included obviously.. But its a very nice place to live for 749$ a month Lee mas
