Clairmont at Perry Creek Apartamentos

If you're going to tow people who LIVE in the apartment complex you should have assigned parking! I have lived here for 3 years and it's been a continued issue. You can be a guest and park anywhere while a resident may have to park minutes away, although we pay a HEFTY SUM to LIVE here. This is why you can't keep residents. I can't wait to leave all the issues with Clairmont at Perry Crek behind. Beware.

Either training or needs to be replaced. Denied my application without doing their due diligence and attempted to keep my application fee.

The gate has never worked. You can hardly ever find parking here. They do nothing about it. The buildings look grungy. I've lived here 3 years & its worse every year, Somehow the prices continue to go up.

Poor management that do not care. Apartments built like crap here people stomping above you, people smoking pot and people throw trash all over. I have heard gun shots . Cannot wait to get out of here. Stay away from this complex unless you want to deal with this. Lots of complaints and no action by management.

I have been a residence since April of this year and I am so in love. The property is very beautiful and the staff does a great job to keep it clean and looking nice. There is always a family function that the leasing office has such as pool events, trivia night, and much more. Of course we may have noisy neighbors but as soon as you make staff away, it is handled. The leasing staff are down to earth and very considerate. Pamela & Laura are truly awesome and they care about their tenants. I... can't be more thrilled to have chosen this place. Please come experience for yourself. Lee mas
