I enjoy it for the most part. Neighbors I’ve met seem nice and pleasant. Sometime a little. Noisy but not when I’m sleeping. Overall nice little community.

I've only been here for 2 months, but I've absolutely loved living here. It's only a 10-minute drive to downtown Raleigh, but I get the peace that I was looking for, the best of both worlds. The staff made the process of moving in and signing my lease so easy. My apartment is amazing, with wood floors and a huge island. Between that and the amenities such as the pool, package room, trash concierge, and the gym, I'm loving it! Also, the maintenance staff is amazing and fast to respond to any... issues. Lee mas

Pretty good experience it’s been quiet no one bothers anyone but some are friend staff is pretty good and last and for all my apartment is nice and cozy and I’m loving the layout! Not to mention we’re only a couple mins away from downtown Raleigh tooo! Which is a major plus!!! Thank you!

It's been great living here! Whenever I've had something pop up, the staff is always super accommodating and quick to respond, which I appreciate very much! My apartment feels like home. :)
