Its been good so far , people are nice the area is clean love the apartment, love the space wish it was more to do around here other then thr gym and pool . but other then that i give it 5 stars wish the courtyard was done as well

Sound Traveling - Build Quality

As a current resident who lives on the 3rd of 4 floors- I am honestly extremely disappointed in how much the noise travels. I can tell you at any given moment where my upstairs neighbor is in their apartment. I can hear when they are actively using the toilet, whether I am in the bathroom or in the bedroom. For the first 2 months I thought this was specific to my neighbor, but when I discovered the unfortunate reality of being able to hear them using the bathroom, I believe this is related to... the building itself. If I could go back- I would've chosen to live on the 4th floor, or chosen somewhere else to live entirely. Working from home/sleeping before my upstairs neighbor does is not possible because the noise. The staff is very kind, but this single handedly has made me wish I didn't decide on the apartment I am living in. A brand new "luxury" building should not have these kinds of noise problems.
