View at Lake Lynn

I've lived here twice--once from 2007-2014, then I moved back in in 2023. I really love living here. I chose View at Lake Lynn for a few reasons: 1) they offer the most square feet for one bedroom apartments for a price that's in my budget 2) walking access to Lake Lynn 3) upgraded apartments that are kept in good condition 4) community events 5) very responsive and helpful management staff 6) location within Raleigh--close to many locations for entertainment and recreation, but not too close... to main roads Lee mas

I would highly suggest living here. The area is amazing and the apartment complex is lovely. The amenities are nice so far. I’ve been here during winter time, but look forward to enjoying the pools in the summer. And having direct access to the lake is such a big bonus. The team and staff are great and friendly, and when issues arrives so far, they fix things in a timely manner and been very courteous.

Don’t move here, maintenance is terrible and the leasing professionals in the leasing office attitudes are disgusting

The apartment complex its self is nice and the floor plans are nice but the management team makes it essentially impossible to enjoy living there. Due to that I would not recommend anyone to live there.

The community is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, with the lake just steps away, perfect for daily walks or unwinding after a long day.

The apartments are spacious, filled with natural light, and feature modern finishes that truly make it feel like home. The office team is incredibly helpful, kind, and always quick to respond. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living.
