Our community is open and we can’t wait to show you your new apartment home! Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) and in compliance with suggested CDC health and safety guidelines our offices are not open to walk-in... traffic; doors will be locked. This allows us to participate in social distancing and control the number of persons in our office at any given time. Our offices are staffed and email and phone communication is welcomed. In person contact is allowed by appointment only; please call or email us to schedule an appointment.


Our Apartments are designed around the needs of Seniors. Your new home will make it so going about your day to day life is nothing but hassle free. We offer so many features at Riverwalk Senior Apartments to make your life enjoyable. Features such as laundry facilities on each floor, Monthly events, large walk-In showers. We pay utilities, too!! There has to be better for low income seniors

The washer and dryer are coin operated and are broke more than they work. The entrance into the building is locked and residents can access via a fob. This is wonderful when it works, but in often down leaving residents locked out of the building. Office staff not there on weekend.

We don't like that residents are being locked out of the building and will be certain to review the system to ensure it is operating properly. Our office is not open... on the weekends, however, we provide 24-hour emergency maintenance should anything arise. If there is an urgent management matter, we do monitor our messages and respond appropriately the following business day.
