Trenton Road Apartments

The apartments are small , there is only one bedroom and studios in the apartment complex . The rent is 750 a month with everything included besides cable and Internet .There is very friendly people who live there the landlord is very nice and the people there will lend a hand if you need one . It's me and my 3 year old daughter in a one bedroom apartment its a small bedroom but it's home to us . There is a hospital down the street it's handy when you need care like my daughter who has medical... issues sometimes . There is a 711 one block from us and a plaza that has acme, dollar tree , radioshack , rent a center and plenty more and there is even a gym and a couple of churches new by and a school . There is also other kids in the apartment complex that are very good children and my daughter loves playing with them , the only problem with this is there is a little little very little roach and spider problem there mainly in my bathroom but the landlord try's to help that problem , but it's very hard when you have 32 units to maintain and there is only one person doing all the work around the apartment complex. to resolve this problem I just put some traps where the heater vent is and it dose it's job for two months and then you just do it again. but overall it's a wonderful place to live at for a reasonable price . Yeah it's small but if your on a budget like me ,this is perfect for anyone and if you don't have a car like me ,there is places all walking distance and there is even a bus route to take you were you need to go and there is a hospital right down the street . And this is why I give this place a three star because everything is perfect for low income people but it would of have 5 if there wasn't a roach and spider problem . Lee mas
