Currently Under Construction

This apt. complex has new owners and was bought last year by them. They are remodeling all the apts. and making some 2 B/R to 3B/R. New appliances, new flooring etc.
it will look nice when done. So they will have 1, 2, and 3 B/R apts.

Cable is still old ( has not been updated ) and so is electric. Heating is electric and so is hot water. Electric runs a little high and you pay for heat, A/C and hot water.
This is supposed to be affordable housing but not quite sure how affordable it will be... after January 1, 2016. You may need a subsidy to live here . Rent will be going up.

My Family member lives there its clean nice neighbors near plaza & supermarket I would likw to live there myself!

not very helpful

The Office staff when I called was abrupt and cut me off when I tried to explain my situation. I really need an apartment but they have this ceiling that you must make a certain amount to live there. I can not believe that everyone in that apartment complex makes the amount they say is required. That is my feeling on the matter.
