Heritage Court Apartments

the place is ok the area is nice price a little high so far as roaches the place was built 1960 some of the people not all are messy and that how bugs start so u can't blame the owner they do exterminate every 2 weeks. Rented my place for 3yrs it was ok for are needs. A good place to stay until you figure out what you want in life so if you do't like it find another place try camden then you will love it here. Place is ugly too over price don't have nothing good to say about this place I guess owners are lucky to rent them out many bigger and nice places around the area for people to pay those ridiculous amount to a place full of bugs.

This apartment is made to seem like a wonderful place to live, by the people who run it. It's not! It is absolutely disgusting! Upon moving in, the floors were filthy, the cabinets had roach droppings and a dead roach in them. The neighbors are horrible. Kids running around, unattended. These apartments do not have a washer and dryer. The below review is false! My children and I have been getting bitten by bugs, and was told to contact the movie theater where I took my children! I have lived at Heritage Court Apartments for almost two years now, and I am extremely happy with the place. The apartment is spacious with ample closet space. The bedroom features a deep walk-in closet with built in wire shelves that allow for different types of storage. The marble countertops in the kitchen give it a high-profile and functional look. Having both full-sized dishwasher and washer and dryer makes it ultra-convenient too. It was a higher than what I originally wanted to pay in... rent, but the amenities make it worthwhile. The location is very good, with easy access to Trenton and I-95 and the D&R canal towpath is 2 miles away. They even have a path through the woods that I jog on frequently. The only drawback is its proximity to the cargo train line which blares its horn periodically; its tolerable, but the rest of the time, its very quiet. Lee mas
