The station has become much worse since Graystar took over. Maintenance isn’t being done of any communal area. Emails are either ignored or they respond by lying to you. Luxury apartments? Not any more with the state of this place since the takeover

Since Greystar began managing the community, our focus has been on improving operations, responsiveness, and the overall... resident experience, including ongoing attention to common areas and maintenance standards.
That said, we understand that perception matters, and if there are specific concerns regarding a communal space or a communication you feel was missed or unclear, we genuinely want the opportunity to address them. We strive to be transparent and responsive, and it’s never our intention for anyone to feel unheard.
